Siccome la direzione della Goodyear che ha stabilimenti in Ohio (stato da cui dipende la rielezione di Trump) ha deciso che gli operai non possono portare durante le ore di lavoro i berretti MAGA (make America great again) distribuiti da Trump o quelli di altri partiti, il presidente ha invitato gli americani a non comprare gli pneumatici di quella marca.
